Frequent mistakes
When entering your card details please ensure that you check the following:
1. You have entered the correct card type (eg Mastercard, Visa, American Express)2. You have entered the card number correctly (the card number is the longest number shown on the card)
3. You have used the correct cardholders name
4. You have entered the expiration date correctly
5. You have entered the correct billing address that is associated with the credit card used
